The Social Media Manager works closely with the members of the Digital Marketing team, with a focus on implementation of vision and strategy across our social media platforms. This position will maintain primary accountability for the execution of the social media content calendar and the advancement of the Damascus family of brands via all social media channels, overseeing content creators in the execution of this vision.

The Damascus Worship Leader is a diverse position with responsibilities for worship leadership, songwriting, and missionary coaching. Primarily, this position will assist the Worship Director and Worship Department Manager in coordinating and running worship events throughout the year. Additional responsibilities may vary person to person and may include, but are not limited to: pre-production assistance; A/V assistance; worship leader development; booking and coordinating logistics for events; maintaining relationships and communication with parishes, universities, and other ministries; other administration.

This is a critical position and key contributor to a fun, tight-knit, and exciting department, with two complementary priorities: 
 1. Secure funds to support the sustainability of the Damascus mission, and 
2. Lead efforts to find new and steward existing corporate sponsors.

This individual will lead and manage a portfolio of mission partners that will be cultivated, solicited and stewarded.  Additionally, this person will annually solicit current and new corporate sponsors that have affinity for the mission of Damascus, with special focus on tables sales and sponsorships for the annual Sports Trivia Cup. This position will require frequent local travel within the state of Ohio and intermittent travel out of state.

This position is responsible for the administrative support that is the engine of the Advancement team. This individual will be responsible for the entry, receipt, and acknowledgement of all gifts and pledges, and will oversee the use and maintenance of the donor management database, while also responding in a timely and professional way to emails and phone calls on behalf of the Advancement office. Additional responsibilities include research, assistance with event planning, office management, and support with special projects.
