How do I cancel Damascus+?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → tap Subscriptions → tap Damascus+ → tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you'll keep access until then.

How do I restore a previous Damascus+ purchase?
In Damascus, go to Settings → Damascus+ → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID that originally made the purchase.

How do I delete my account?
In Damascus, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data, including streak history, highlights, and friends.

Important: cancel any active Damascus+ subscription separately in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions before deleting your account. App deletion cannot cancel an Apple-managed subscription.

How does Damascus+ Family Sharing work?
After purchasing a Family plan, open Damascus → Settings → Damascus+ → Manage Family. You can invite up to 5 additional members. Each invited member accepts the invitation on their own device. Family entitlements are managed by the plan owner.

My prayer streak disappeared.
Damascus uses a forgiving streak — missing one day does not reset your count. If your streak appears incorrect, sign out and back in to force a sync across devices. If the issue persists, email support@damascus.net with the email address on your account.

I switched phones and my data didn't come over.
Damascus data lives in your Damascus account, not in your device backup. Sign in with the same Apple, Google, or email account on the new device and your streak, highlights, and Damascus+ access will return automatically.

My readings aren't loading.
Damascus pulls daily Mass readings from the USCCB. On rare days when the source is briefly unavailable, the app will retry automatically. If readings stay missing for more than a few hours, please email support@damascus.net.

I bought Damascus+ on the web — can I use it on iPhone?
Yes. Sign in to Damascus with the same email address used at web checkout and your Plus entitlement will sync to the app.
